Why an Annual Appeal?
Exciting changes are ahead for Hatherly. With the construction of our new school about to be underway, our community is growing and evolving in meaningful ways. Along with these changes, the way we fundraise must also adapt.
This year, our approach is simple: fewer asks and more impact. Every dollar goes directly back into supporting our students and teachers for the current calendar school year.
In past years, events like the Fun Run provided over one-third of our fundraising budget. Unfortunately, with the new school build, those events are not possible this year. As a result, we are relying more than ever on direct financial contributions from our families to support our .
We kindly ask you to consider making a contribution to the PTO. No amount is too small, and every bit helps us continue to provide the experiences and support that make Hatherly such a special place.

The success of the Annual Appeal will determine the number and magnitude of other fundraisers throughout the year. Our goal is to raise enough through the Annual Appeal to largely cover our operating budget for the school year in order to focus on fun events for the entire Hatherly community.
