Mrs. Henry had an amazing vision to turn the Hatherly gym into a blacked-out GLOW party for our kids to have a fun filled day and it was a BLAST!


We could still use a few pop-up tents--let us know if you have one you're willing to share!

This year Field Day will take place on Tues, June 17th (rain date of Wed, June 18th).

Attention Rising 6th Graders!

In Case You Missed It...

The CORSE Foundation is excited to offer again this summer 3 FREE Small Group Summer Sessions for Rising 6th Graders at Gates Middle School this summer!

Sessions will be held 7/21, 7/28 and 8/4

We recognize that the transition from elementary school to middle school is a significant one. During the sessions, your child will have the opportunity to become more familiar with Gates and meet students from the other elementary schools before 6th Grade Orientation. The sessions will be led by SPED teacher Jen Spinale (Gates). Current Gates student volunteers will be helping out at each session.

All 3 sessions will include:

Tour of Gates

Locker Practice

Ice Breaker Games

Information on After School Clubs & Inter Base Clubs

CORI Form

Please be aware that all visitors to the building (PTO, guest readers, volunteers, etc) and chaperones for field trips must have an active CORI form on file. Please print out the CORI FORM and send it to school with a copy of your driver’s license.

ABOUT THE PTO

The Hatherly PTO is a volunteer organization made up of our Principal, Kristine Sheahan, parents, teachers, administrators and support staff who are all dedicated to enhancing the education of our children.  The purpose of the PTO is to support the efforts of the Hatherly teachers and staff to enrich the school experience for our entire community.  If you have a student at Hatherly, we would love for you to get involved!
