School pictures will take place this year on Wednesday, September 30th. Like most things this year, school pictures will be done a little differently. As we all know, Wednesdays are an at home day for all Hatherly students. We have confirmed that all remote learning will wrap up on that day at 12 noon so signing up for photos will not pose a conflict. You may sign up by family in the time slots below. If you can please note the number of children you will bringing to photo day.
Please note that either a parent or caregiver must escort their child(ren) to Hatherly and remain with them the entire time, this is not a drop off event. No teacher/PTO supervision will be provided. Lifetouch is going contactless. You will be receiving an email from Lifetouch on how to do this. If there is an issue please contact me.
A few things to remember:
Masks will be worn at all times except for when the student is getting their picture taken.
Park in the lower lot and escort your child(ren) to the playground area to the left of the school where outdoors photos will be taken.
Upon arrival please line up by family 6ft apart. ( we will have markers for you)
Playground is off limits for the entire afternoon.
Parent or caregiver help will be needed to fix hair, adjust clothing, etc. Bring a comb or anything else you may need. Photographers will only provide verbal instruction.
Be prepared to wait.
As with all things this year, we ask for your patience and understanding as we try to make things happen. It is our goal to maximize the photographer's time while on campus. We need to fill the early slots before we can open additional times later in the day. As slots fill up we add we will add more times.
